We are in a quite similar situation then we were in Dartmoor (Bellever to Tavistock and back). If we have a day off, we have a chance to go to Westport for a half day. It’s not the closest town, but this is what we can reach easily with public transport.

/ Elég hasonló helyzetben vagyunk, mint mikor Dartmoorban voltunk (Belleverből Tavistockba utazás meg vissza), szabadnapon el tudunk menni egy fél napra Westportba. Nem ez a legközelebbi város, de ez az, amit tömegközlekedéssel meg tudunk közelíteni.  

Ferry and the ‘ghost’ bus – it’s meaning 1,5 hour away – and we are in this lovely town. If I’m older, approx. middle 60, I’m sure I’d like to stay in Westport for rest of my life.

/ Komp és a ‘szellem’ busz – másfél órás utat jelent – és máris ebben a szeretnivaló városkában vagyunk. Ha öregebb lennék, mondjuk erős 60-as, tuti Westportban szeretném tölteni a hátralevő éveimet.

I know, I should take more pictures, but while you waiting for this, I can tell you from Westport: / Tudom, kellene még képeket csinálnom, de míg erre várunk, azt azért el tudom mondani Westportról, hogy:

• lovely, tourist and family friendly town center / imádnivaló turista és család barát városközponttal rendelkezik
• Westport House with a huge park: next to the town center, full with outdoor activities / A Westport Ház és hatalmas park, közvetlen a városközpont mellett található és telis tele van szabadtéri programokkal.
• Westport Tour Greenway: possibilites to walking and cycling between the nature instead of between cars. / Westport Tour Greenway-nek hála számtalan részét a városnak meg tudod közelíteni a természetben sétálva, vagy biciklizve, elkerülvén az autós forgalmat.

and I was there only two times since now, so who knows what are we going to find there in the next months…

/ és ezidáig csupán kétszer jártam ott, szóval még kitudja mikre bukkanunk a következő hónapokban…
